The Inspiring Law Journal will publish scientific and authoritative articles on legal issues that are important today for both legal practice and academic research. Inspiring Law Journal is an academic journal published by the Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU), Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The journal is a peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish new work in the field of Criminal Law, administrative law, Custom law, legal philosophy, sociology of law, Socio-legal Studies, Constitutional Law, International Law, Agrarian Law, Environmental Law, Private Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Islamic Law, Administrative Law, Commercial Law, and Human Rights Law. All papers submitted to this journal should be written in English. In principle, the Inspiring Law Journal accepts quality papers originating from the latest research of interest and importance within their specialty.

3.      Apakah pendahuluan menguraikan dengan jelas masalah dan ruang lingkup status ilmiah dewasa ini, pendekatan penyelesaian masalah dan hasil yang diharapkan?
