coba bandingkan dengan VS BIRCI JOURNAL: Budapest International Research and Critics Institute-Journal (BIRCI-Journal) (bircu-journal.com) yang menerbitkan hampir 3 ribu naskah tahun 2022 tapi nasibnya dari terindeks SINTA 3 kemudian dinyatakan NOT ACCREDITED SINTA - Science and Technology Index (kemdikbud.go.id)????

kenapa HELIYON tetap dianggap jurnal internasional bereputasi bahkan Q1 di scimago: Heliyon (scimagojr.com) sementara BIRCI masuknya NOT ACCREDITED di SINTA? Apakah ini terkait dengan ketat/tidaknya proses review? saya pernah mendengar info bahwa Heliyon | All Journal Issues | ScienceDirect.com by Elsevier meski menerbitkan 9-10 ribu naskah per-tahun (2023/2024) proses review 1 tahun dan revisi bisa 10-15 kali sedangkan di BIRCI proses review hanya 1 bulan kemudian terbit? info dari author yang publish di BIRCI: The Concept of Islamic Humanistic Education | Rahmah | Budapest International Research and Critics Institute-Journal (BIRCI-Journal) (bircu-journal.com)

dan bisa jadi ada alasan kedua yang juga logis

HELIYON itu penerbit nya ELSEVIER dan ELSEVIER yang punya Scopus jadi bebas membiarkan jurnal yang dikelola terbit sampai 9-10 ribu naskah per tahun-aman sulaiman karena kekuatan orang dalam?

Since June 2024, the peer-reviewed International Journal of Linguistics, Culture, and Communication (JOLCC) indexed in ICI Copernicus Index, Dimensions, & Crossref, E-ISSN: 2988-1641 charges a manuscript publication fee to cover the cost of open access publishing. If a paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publication costs. These costs include paper management, peer review, editing, formatting, marketing, indexing, production, hosting on various servers, website maintenance, electricity, internet, staff salaries, and DOI numbers. Therefore, to help with all the administrative costs, contributors whose articles are published will be asked to contribute Publication Fee or Article Processing Charge (APC) with the minimum amount of IDR 300.000, - for Indonesian and 35 USD for Foreigners.
